METHODOLOGY

The content is facilitated in person, in a practical and dynamic way. It favors the development and instruction of the leader, through the experience of the VAK model and the application of the techniques. In practical assignments, the participant will identify the various learning styles and how to apply the most effective one for each member of the team.

Through an assessment sent before the workshop it will be possible to begin the process of self-knowledge of your own learning style, to identify the preferences of your team people, and to act more effectively as a Leader Trainer.
