ADVANCED LIFE COACHING – after the solid formation of Global, the Coach in this module will have access to a wide content about the subject, giving a comprehensive view of being and its development through new and current techniques.
ADVANCED BUSINESS COACHING – just like the previous topic, the Coach in this module will have access to a broader view of the business universe, its demands and challenges. As well, you will be instructed in multiple intelligences applicable to high performance professionals, empowering the future Master Coach to act and be resilient to the high pressures and charges of the market.
TOOLS – advanced tools focusing on Life and Business development will be presented.
MASTERING THE GROW® MODEL – after having muscles with the GROW, the Coach will now be able to work the GROW applied to the Neurological Levels enabling a faster and specific development the Coachee.
COMPETENCY MODEL – in order to increase the possibilities of Coaches’ performance, they will receive specific training to build Competence Matrices, which will serve as a tool for structuring the positions and basis for elaborating key performance indicators.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE – at the end, the Coach will receive a personal report on the Emotional Intelligence Assessment performed in advance, learn how to analyze the report, how to apply the information recorded in favor of your Coachee and how to perform a clear return, which will serve as basis for the behavioral and competence development process.
